Beginning Tai Chi

In addition to learning the slow, meditative Tai Chi postures, you will be introduced to the gentle, two-person practice called "push hands."
No previous experience required and appropriate for all ages, health conditions and abilities. Students should wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes.
